Q: What is the best Anti-Virus software?
A: We recommend Microsoft Security Essentials (which is free.)
If you need more features than MS Security Essentials offers (such as parental controls), then we recommend Trend Micro or Eset Nod 32. These 3 programs have consistently eliminated the most problems with the least amount of worries.
Q: Do you come to my home?
A: Yes. We come to your home or your place of business to repair your computer. That way you don't have to worry about taking apart or putting back together your machine with all the cords, etc. We do that for you.

Q: My computer seems really slow. It used to be faster. Is there anything simple I can do to make it go faster?

Q: My computer isn't connecting to the internet. Can I fix it myself?
A: The quickest and easiest thing to try is rebooting your router and cable modem or DSL modem. If this fails then feel free to contact us to get it fixed.
Q: How often should I update my computer's drivers?

Q: How do I know when I should get a new computer?
A: The typical life span of a computer is 5 years (though some do last much longer). Most warranties are only good for one year and are limited. If you have purchased an extended warranty they typically are only good for 3 years. With hardware technology changing so quickly and software changing to keep up with the hardware it is best to stick to a 3-5 year plan, but dont throw away you old computer let us recycle it for you.
